This Refund Policy applies to the online course (“Online Bonesetting Course”) sold at indianbonesetting.com by Indian Bonesetting (Eswar Kumar). Please read it together with our Terms of Use Agreement.
A digital product delivered immediately
The course is a digital product. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive immediate access to the full course — including the theory material, all lesson videos, and the complete demonstration video — through a personal access link sent to your email. Because the course content is delivered and accessible straight away, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and you agree to this policy.
If something goes wrong
We want every student to be able to use the course. If you have trouble accessing the material — a link that does not work, a video that will not play, a duplicate charge, or any other technical problem — please contact us and we will fix it promptly. Reach us at admin@indianbonesetting.com or on WhatsApp at +46 70 354 87 92. If we are unable to give you access to the course you paid for, we will of course make it right.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at the details above and we will review and refund any duplicate or erroneous payment.
